S.L. 234.19 Art. 14Measurement and certification.

(1) Regulations 4, 5 and 6 shall apply for the measurement of tonnage of fishing vessels to which this Part of these regulations applies as they apply for the purpose of Part II of these regulations.

(2) The tonnage determined in accordance with sub-regulation

(1) shall be the gross tonnage and net tonnage.
