S.L. 234.19 Art. 17Application of Part IV.

This Part of these regulations shall apply to ships

(including fishing vessels and pleasure yachts), being ships of less than 24 metres in length, and not being fishing vessels to which Part III of these regulations applies, registered or to be registered as Maltese ships under Part II or Part IIA of the Act.
