S.L. 234.37 Art. 6Compliance by Maltese ships with therequirementsof recognised organisations.

Maltese ships to which the provisions of the international conventions are applicable shall be designed, constructed, equipped and maintained in accordance with the rules and procedures relating to hull, machinery and electrical and control installation requirements of an authorised recognised organisation.
