S.L. 234.42 Art. 42Trustees and nominees.

Unless otherwise provided in its articles, a company formed and registered in Malta shall not recognise any nominee relationship or trust in respect of any security issued by it, and the company shall not recognise, even when having notice thereof, any interest or other right in such security, but shall only recognise the registered holder thereof.
