S.L. 234.47 Art. 3Application.

These regulations apply to Maltese ships wherever they may be and to other ships while they are in Malta provided they are:

(a) ships of 400 gross tonnage and above, or

(b) ships of less than 400 gross tonnage which are certified to carry more than fifteen persons.
