S.L. 234.51 Art. 28Use of English language.

Except where otherwise provided in the Act or these rules, all correspondence, documents, forms or other writings shall be in the English language if the ship is involved in international voyages: Provided that a foreign language version of any document may be appended to the English language version thereof.
