S.L. 234.51 Art. 5Employment of children and persons under sixteen years.

Subject to the provisions of this rule and notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, rule and order made or deemed to be made thereunder, no person under the age of sixteen years shall be employed on any Maltese ship.
