S.L. 234.51 Art. 80Rescued seafarers.

Whenever a ship with distressed seafarers on board, who have been rescued or picked up at sea, arrives at a port, the proper authority may pay the master of the ship for their subsistence an allowance at the rate set out in rule 78.
