S.L. 254.1 Art. 23Postal services to be provided by the universal service provider.

The postal services that shall be required to be provided by the universal service provider or providers so designated shall include all or any of the following:

(a) withdrawal of the postal article before delivery to the addressee,

(b) Poste Restante,

(c) re-direction,

(d) certificate of posting,

(e) certificate of loss or damage,

(f) Business Reply Service,

(g) registration of postal articles,

(h) private delivery boxes, and

(i) any other service as the Authority may from time to time by directive require the universal service provider to provide: Provided that before doing so the Authority shall first consult the universal service provider.
