S.L. 254.1 Art. 33Receipt for registered postal articles.

On the delivery of a registered postal article, the addressee, his representative, or a member of his household shall, unless instructions to the contrary are given to the universal service provider concerned by the addressee, give a written receipt therefor to the universal service provider: Provided that when such a receipt is not obtained, the postal article shall be considered as undelivered: Provided further that this regulation shall be without prejudice to any other law regulating receipts for registered postal articles.
