S.L. 260.3 Art. 101Right of association of Prison officers.

(1) The prison service is a disciplined force in terms of the Constitution of Malta and the Employment and Industrial

Relations Act.

(2) Prison officers shall be entitled to join a trade union as provided in the Employment and Industrial Relations Act.
