S.L. 260.3 Art. 115Access to premises and records.

(1) The Board and every member thereof shall have access at any time to every part of the prison including divisions outside the Corradino Facility and to every prisoner and may interview any prisoner out of the sight and hearing of all prison officers.

(2) The Board and every member thereof shall have access to all prison records.
