S.L. 260.3 Art. 27Alcohol and tobacco.

(1) No prisoner shall be allowed to have any intoxicating liquor except under a written order of the Medical Officer specifying the quantity and the name of the prisoner.

(2) No prisoner shall be allowed to smoke or to have any tobacco except as a privilege under regulation 13 and in accordance with any orders of the Director.

(3) The Director may designate certain areas of the prison as no-smoking areas.

(4) No person shall smoke in a no-smoking area.
