S.L. 260.3 Art. 30AGratuity payable to inmates.

(1) All inmates who are not performing remunerated duties shall receive a gratuity payable once every four (4) weeks, as determined by the Minister.

(2) The gratuity payable to each inmate shall be subject to the provisions of regulation 13(2) of these regulations.
