S.L. 260.3 Art. 43Access to religious representatives.

(1) A religious representative appointed or approved under regulation 42 shall be allowed to hold regular services and activities and to pay pastoral visits in private to prisoners of his religion at such times as may be fixed by, or agreed with, the Director.

(2) Reasonable access to a religious representative shall not be refused to a prisoner during such times as may be fixed or agreed to by the Director. If any prisoner should object to a visit of any religious representative, the prisoner shall be allowed to refuse it.
