S.L. 260.3 Art. 66Restrictions on entry or viewing.

(1) No outside person shall be permitted to enter and view a prison unless authorised by these regulations or any other law or by the Minister.

(2) No person visiting a prison shall be permitted to take any photograph, make any sketch or communicate with any prisoner unless authorised as aforesaid. Control and restraint of prisoners
