S.L. 261.15 Art. 14

With effect from the 1st September, 1992:

(1) Two contiguous blocks of flats over showrooms known as "Pietà Apartments" at Marina Street, Pietà, as follows:

(a) Block 2 A Block of ten flats and two showrooms forming part of "Pietà Apartments" at Marina Street, Pietà. The said showrooms at ground floor level are each accessible from an independent external door without number in Marina Street and the said ten flats are each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 10 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing Block 2 in Marina Street. The said block is bounded on the North-West by Marina Street, on the South-West by Government property and on the South-East by property of Miss Doris Vella et.

(b) Block 3 A Block of ten flats and two showrooms forming part of "Pietà Apartments" at Marina Street, Pietà. The said showrooms at ground floor level are each accessible from an independent external door without number in Marina Street and the said ten flats are each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 10 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing Block 3 in Marina Street. The said block is bounded on the North-West by Marina Street, on the South-East by property of Miss Doris Vella et and on the North-East by Government property. The above described blocks of flats have been erected on Government property acquired by two Schedules of Deposit at the First Hall of the Civil Court dated 28th July, 1992. These blocks of flats and showrooms are shown edged green on plan L.D. 216/92.

(2) Maisonette numbered 141, Salvu Psaila Street, Birkirkara (Tenement No. 62121 erected partly on Government property, formerly Rural Tenement No. 82086 and partly on land acquired by Deed dated 12th August, 1933 in the records of Notary to Government Calcedonio Gatt).

(3) Flat number 2, Block B, Fuq Tal-}awli Housing Estate, Vittoriosa (Erected on Government property, formerly part of Rural Tenement No. 51054).
