S.L. 261.15 Art. 17

With effect from the 23rd October, 1992:

(1) Two contiguous blocks of flats, and garages, forming part of "Binja Vista" at Birkirkara, as follows:

(a) Block 2 Entrance C A Block of eight flats forming part of "Binja Vista" at Birkirkara. The said flats are each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 8 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing Block 2 Entrance C. The said block is bounded on the North by Gorse Street and on the West and East by Government property.

(b) Block 2 Entrance D A Block of eight flats, and three underlying garages, forming part of "Binja Vista" at Birkirkara. The said flats are each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 8 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing Blokk 2 Entrance D in Triq il-Konti G. A. Ciantar. The three underlying garages are each accessible from an independent unnumbered door on Gorse Street. The said block is bounded on the North by Gorse Street, on the East by Triq il-Konti G. A. Ciantar and on the West by Government property. These blocks of flats and garages are shown edged green on plan L.D. 184/92/1.

(3) Flat number 1, Block III, De La Cruz Avenue, Qormi (Tenement No. 64180).

(4) Flat number 9, Block 9, Door B, Triq il-{ilju, San {wann (Tenement No. 69898).
