With effect from the 17th February, 1992:

(1) The following land forming part of Kirkop II Government Housing Estate, limits of Kirkop:

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 3,665 square metres, bounded on the North by Government property, South by Triq l-Infanterija and South-West by Triq i\-|ebbieg], edged red and marked "A" on L.D. 309/91/1;

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,372 square metres, bounded on the North by Government property, South by Triq i\-|ebbieg] and East by Triq l-Artillerija, edged red and marked "B" on L.D. 309/91/1.

(2) Flat number 4, Block U, Azzopardi Street, Marsa (Tenement No. 71329). {or[

(4) House numbered 6, Palm Street, San (Tenement No. 64856).

(5) Flat number 8, Block D2, Triq id-Deffa, Ta’ Xbiex (Tenement No. 69247).

(6) Farmhouse numbered 8, 9, 10, Lighthouse Street, G]asri, Gozo (edged and hatched green on Drawing No. HA/GH/08/91).
