S.L. 261.16 Art. 10

With effect from the 19th November, 1993:

(1) The following land forming part of the Ta’ Farzina Government Housing Estate, limits of Qormi:

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 269.9 square metres, bounded on the North-East by Triq is-Sajf, on the South-East by Triq id-Deheb Fin and on the North-West by property of Paul Farrugia, edged green and marked as Plot 6 on L.D. 9/82111;

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 207.5 square metres, bounded on the North by Triq is-Sajf, on the South-East by Triq il-}elsien and on the West by property of Joseph F. Scicluna, edged green and marked as Plot 61 on L.D. 9/82112;

(c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 228.4 square metres, bounded on the North partly by property of Mario Grech and partly by Government property, on the South by Triq ir-Rebbieg]a and on the East by property of Carmelo Bellizzi, edged green and marked as Plot 70 on L.D. 9182112.

(2) A block of 40 flats known as Binja K, at Bulebel |abbar. i\-|g]ir Government Housing Estate, The said flats are accessible from four internal doors numbered as follows: 1 to 10 at common entrance A, 1 to 10 at common entrance B, 1 to 10 at common entrance C, and 1 to 10 at common entrance D. The whole block is bounded on the North by Triq il-{i\imin, on the West and East by public roads, and has been erected on Government property formerly part of Rural Tenement No. 50785 Portion 15, as edged green on L.D. 37/81/31.

(3) Flat number 3 at 21, Block A, Government Housing Estate, New Street, Luqa.

(4) Maisonette numbered 7, Block 5, G]eriexem Street, Rabat, Malta (Tenement No. 64362).

(5) House numbered 10, Triq il-Pensjeri, Phase 1, Neighbourhood II, Santa Lucia, Malta (Tenement No. 66943).

(6) House named "St. Rita", Dr Anton Tabone Street, Ta`-~awla Government Housing Estate, Victoria, Gozo (Tenement No. 60373).

(7) A plot of land in an area known as Ta’ l-G]e\ien, at Xag]ra, Gozo, having an area of approximately 1232.37 square metres, bounded on the North and East by Government property and West by Triq Jannar, as forming part of Gozo Government Rural Tenement No. 50010 and indicated edged green on L.D. 184/93.

(8) House numbered 7, Row D, Triq i`-~e\alpina, Ta’ Paris Government Housing Estate, Birkirkara (Tenement No. 68482).
