With effect from the 3rd November, 1997:

(1) The following land forming part of the Government Housing Estate, limits of Dingli, as follows:

(a) An area of approximately 172.74 square metres {u\e known as Plot No. 8, Triq Ellul Mercer, bounded on the North-West by Triq Pawlu Ebejer, on the South-West by public passage, {u\e and on the South-East by Triq Ellul Mercer, on which are currently built premises {u\e bearing number 8, Triq Ellul Mercer, and which is edged red and marked P. 8 on L.D. 36/ 82/8. (b) An area of approximately 172.74 square metres {u\e known as Plot No. 9, Triq Ellul Mercer, bounded on the North-West by Triq Pawlu Ebejer, on the South-West by property of {u\eAnthony Abela, and on the South-East by Triq Ellul Mercer, on which are currently built {u\e premises bearing number 9, Triq Ellul Mercer, and which is edged red and marked P. 9 on L.D. 36/82/8. (c) An area of approximately 172.74 square metres {u\e known as Plot No. 10, Triq Ellul Mercer, bounded on the North-West by Triq Pawlu Ebejer, on the South-West by property of Mary Azzopardi et, and on the South-East by Triq {u\e Ellul Mercer, on which are currently built {u\e premises bearing number 10, Triq Ellul Mercer, and which is edged red and marked P. 10 on L.D. 36/82/8. (b) An area of approximately 160.58 square metres known as Plot No. 123, Triq is-Sifa, bounded on the North by property of Vincent Cutajar, on the South by property of Moses Bartolo and on the East by Triq is-Sifa, on which are currently built premises bearing number 123, Triq is-Sifa, Mellie]a, and which is edged red and marked P. 123 on L.D. 383/91/10.
