S.L. 261.21 Art. 13

With effect from the 22nd October, 1998:

(1) A plot of land having an area of approximately 124.93 square metres known as Plot No. 33, Triq Id-Da]la ta’ San Tumas, forming part of the Government Housing |ejtun, Estate at Ta’ Ganza, bounded on the South by Government property/Triq id-Da]la ta’ San Tumas, on the East by property of Paul Bonnici, and on the West by public passage, on which are currently built premises bearing number 33, known as "Andreanth", |ejtun, Triq id-Da]la ta’ San Tumas, and which is edged red and marked P. 33 on L.D.7/80/84. (2) The following land forming part of the Ta’ Jannoli Government Plots, limits of Paola, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 168.83 square metres known as Plot No. 5, now No. 30, Triq il-Belt Valletta, bounded on the North by Triq il-Belt Valletta, on the East by property of Saviour Ellul Bonici, and on the West by property of Vincent Saviour Zammit, on which are currently built premises bearing number 30, known as "Raquel", Triq il-Belt Valletta, Paola, and which is edged red and marked Plot 5 on L.D. 161/98. (HAP 565/96).

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 158.86 square metres known as Plot No. 7, Triq il-Belt Valletta, bounded on the North by Triq il-Belt Valletta, on the East by property of Vincent Carmel Zammit, and on the West by Government property, on which are currently built premises known as "St. Gaetan", Triq il-Belt Valletta, Paola, and which is edged red and marked Plot 7 on L.D. 161/98. (3) The following land forming|urrieq,part of the Nigret Government Housing Estate, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 126.9 square metres known as Plot No. l, and another flat having an area of approximately 53 square metres known as Site A, both Plot and Site being in Wesgha Frangisk Bugeja, and bounded on the North-East by property of Carmel Caruana, on the South-West by Government property, and on the South-East by Government property/Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, on which are currently built premises bearing |urrieq, number 1, Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, and which is edged red and marked P. 1 and "A" respectively on L.D. 198/81/21. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 126.9 square metres known as Plot No. 2, Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, and bounded on the North-East by property of Joseph Farrugia, on the South-West by property of John D’Amato, and on the South-East by Government property/ Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, on which are currently built premises bearing number 2, known as |urrieq, "Sunhouse", Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, and which is edged red and marked P. 2 on L.D. 198/81/21. (HAP 367/96).

(c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 126.9 square metres known as Plot No. 3, Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, bounded on the North-East by property of Grezzju Caruana, on the South-West by property of Carmel Caruana, and on the South-East by Government property/ Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, on which are currently built premises bearing number 3, known as "Sweet Heart", Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, |urrieq, and which is edged red and marked P. 3 on L.D. 198/81/21. (d) A plot of land having an area of approximately 126.9 square metres known as Plot No. 5, Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, bounded on the North-East by property of Anthony Farrugia, on the South-West by property of Grezzju Caruana, and on the South-East by Government property/ Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, on which are currently built premises bearing number 5, known as "Il |urrieq, Mio Nido", Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, and which is edged red and marked P. 5 on L.D. 198/81/21. (e) A plot of land having an area of approximately 126.9 square metres known as Plot No. 6, Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, bounded on the North-East by property of Carmel Farrugia, on the South-West by property of John Calleja, and on the South-East by Government property/ Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, on which are currently built premises bearing number 6, known as |urrieq, "Antcar", Wesg]a Fran[isk Bugeja, and which is edged red and marked P. 5 on L.D. 198/ 81/21.
