Flat numbered 2 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 67021 and flats numbered 5 and 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements No. 67024 and 67025 respectively. The land where the block is located falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 75 dated 16th September 1972 in the acts of Notary A. The land where the block is located falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 75 dated 16th September 1972 in the acts of Notary A. Grech and is edged in red and marked “Block 4” in plan P.D. 2011_802 (HAA 15/2012).

(115) A block, known as “Block 5”, consisting of one room and eight flats of which the room and four flats are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice in Triq il-Mitħna, Żebbuġ and is bounded on the North-West by an open space in Triq il-Mitħna, North-East by an open space and South-East by Triq Franġisku Caruana Dingli.
