(130) A block, known as “Block O”, consisting of six flats in Qasam Ħal Tmiem, Żejtun and is bounded on the North-West and South-West by a public passage and on the North-East by Sqaq tal-Usif. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 74170 to 74175. The land where the block is located falls on Government property formerly part of Tenement No. 83090 and the whole block is edged in red and marked “Block O” in plan P.D. 2011_704. (HAA 155/2011).

(131) A block, known as “Block P”, consisting of six flats of which one flat is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Qasam Ħal Tmiem, Żejtun and is bounded on the North-West and on the South-West by public passages and on the South-East by Sqaq tal-Usif. Flats numbered 2 to 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 74177 to 74181. The land where the block is located falls on Government property formerly part of Tenement No. 83090 and the whole block is edged in red and marked “Block P” on plan P.D. 2011_824. (HAA 156/2011).

(132) A plot of land consisting of twenty-five plots and part of other plots, in Nadur, Gozo. Plots 93 to 110 are bounded on the North-West by Triq Dun Ġwann Camilleri, on the South-West by Triq Mikelanġ Mizzi and on the North-East by Triq Mro Anton Bonnici. Plots numbered 85 to 91, part of plots 81 to 84 and part located falls on Government property partly acquired by President’s Declaration No. 141 dated 15th February 2012 and partly forming part of former Tenement No. Z50165 and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2012_526. (133) A plot of land consisting of two plots in Triq Spanja, Naxxar and is bounded on the South-East by Triq Spanja, and on the East and West by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title. Plots numbered 150 and 151 are registered with the Government as Tenements No. X07297 and X07298 respectively. The land where these plots are located falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 326 dated 15th December 1993 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli, Deed No. 9 dated 26th April 1994, by President’s Declaration No. 31 dated 7th March 2012 and by Ċedola No. 173/2003 dated 3rd February 2003 and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2012_470. (134) A plot of land consisting of seven plots in Triq Ċipru and Triq l-Arġentina, Naxxar and is bounded on the North-East by Triq l-Arġentina, on the South-West in part by Triq Ċipru and in part by Home Ownership Scheme plots 301 to 303 and on the North-West by Home Ownership Scheme plots 293 and 298. Plots numbered 288 to 292 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers X07154 to X07158 and plots numbered 299 to 300 are registered with the Government as Tenements No. X07165 and X07166 respectively. The land where these plots are located falls under Government property acquired by Deed No. 192/92 dated 22nd July 1992, Deed No. 182/ 93 dated 30th June 1993, Deed No. 149/96 dated 6th July 1997 and Deed No. 9/97 dated 29th January 1997, all in the acts of Notary V. Miceli, Deed No. 293 dated 28th August 1974 in the acts of Notary A.Grech and by President’s Declarations No. 70 and 71 both dated 23rd January 2012 and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2012_469. (135) One flat forming part of a block of flats at Pjazza San Ġorġ, Rabat, Gozo and is bounded on the South-West and North-East by Government property and on the North by property belonging to third parties. The land where the block is located falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 472 dated 10th May 2011, by Deed No. 151/60 dated 28th December 1960, by Deed No. 206/59 dated 27th June 1959 and dated 21st January 1961 and the whole block in part by Triq in-Nirien and in part by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title, on the South-West in part by Triq Karmenu Vassallo and in part by Home Ownership Scheme plots 42 - 45 and on the North-West in part by Triq Salvu Curso and in part by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title. Plots numbered 35 to 41 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers X03662 to X03668 and plots numbered 81 to 85 are registered with the Government as Tenements No. X03689 to X03693. The land where these plots are located falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 223 dated 29th November 2005 in the acts of Notary V. (137) A block, known as “Entrances A and B, Binja Wejter” consisting of thirty-one flats, twenty four garages, six shops, two showrooms and one office in Triq Mannarino, Birkirkara spanning two parcels of land marked “A” and “B” on plan P.D. 2010_592_A. Land marked “A” is registered with the Government as Tenement No. E21470 and is bounded on the South and on the South-West by Government property and on the North-East by Triq l-Imsida and is registered with the Government as Tenement No. E21470. Land marked “B” is registered with the Government as Tenement No. E21471 and is bounded on the West by property of the Housing Authority, on the South by Government property and on the North by Triq l-Imsida. (138) A block, known as “Block 3”, consisting of 29 dwellings and two shops, excluding the subsoil, at Triq San Filippu, Triq la Vallette and Pjazzetta San Filippu, in Birgu and is bounded on the North-East with Triq La Vallette, on the South-East by Pjazzetta San Filippu and on the South-West by Triq San Filippu. The individual tenements are registered with the Government Property Division as Tenements numbered 62633 to 62663. The land where this block is located was acquired by the Government by President’s Declaration No. 413 dated 4th May, 2011 and is shown edged in red and marked “Block 3” on plan P.D. 2012_347. (139) A block, known as “Block 3”, consisting of six dwellings and excluding the subsoil in Triq Antika and Triq il-Mandraġġ in Birgu, having an area of approximately 277 square metres and is bounded on the North with Triq il-Mandraġġ, on the East by Government property and on the South by Triq Antika. The land is registered with the Government Property Division as Tenement No. E26308 and the individual dwellings are registered as Tenements numbered 73673 to 73678. The land where this block is located was acquired by the Government by President’s Declaration No. 1003 dated 6th October, 2010 and is shown edged in red and marked “Block 3” on plan P.D. 2011_124. (140) A plot of land consisting of plots 5 to 7, having an area of approximately 880 square metres in Triq Bir Miftuħ, Gudja Housing Estate, Phase III, in Gudja and is bounded on the North-West by Triq Ħal Resqun, on the North-East by Triq Bir Miftuħ and on the South-East by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title. Plots 5 to 7 are registered with the Government as Tenement Numbers X03016, X02443 and X03017. This land was acquired by the Government by Deed No. 118 dated 10th April, 1985 in the acts of Notary F. Portelli and by President’s Declaration No. 140 dated 15th February, 2012 and is shown edged in red and marked “P. 5”, “P. 6” and “P. 7” on plan P.D. 107_96_3. (HAM 166/81).
