(23) A block, known as Block 188F, consisting of twelve flats of which five are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, and excluding the subsoil, in Triq Sant’Ursola, Valletta. This block is bounded on the North-West by Triq Sant’Ursola, on the North-East and on the South-West by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title. Flats numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62955 and 62956, flats numbered 5, 7 and 10 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62959, 62961 and 62964 respectively and flats numbered 11 and 12 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers X51785 and X51786. This block falls on Government property leased over 30 years and the whole block is edged in red and marked “Block 188F” on plan P.D. 2013_734.(HAA 24/2013).

(24) A plot of land and a site known as Plot 75, at Vjal il-Labour, forming part of the Xewkija Housing Estate in Xewkija, Gozo, having an area of approximately 175.64 square metres and is bounded on the North-East by Vjal il-Labour, on the South-East by Government property and on the North-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority. The plot is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed No. 113 dated the 3rd of October, 1975 in the acts of Notary J. Busuttil. The plot is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. Z41285 and is edged in red on plan P.D. 19_97_1. (HAP 8/2013).
