The plot is subject to a temporary empyhteusis as per Deed No. 208/69 dated the 11th of July, 1969 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The plot falls on part of Government property formerly p/o Tenement No. 51328 and is shown edged in red on plan L.D. 128_80_34. (HAP 6/2012).

(29) A plot of land known as Plot 83, at Triq il-Gladjoli, forming part of the San Ġwann Government Housing Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Ġwann, having an area of approximately129.51 square metres, bounded on the East by Government property granted on temporary empyhteusis, on the South by Triq il-Gladjoli and on the North by property transferred to the Housing Authoring. The plot is subject to a temporary empyhteusis as per Deed No. 205/69 dated the 7th of May, 1969 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The plot is registered in the Estate Management Directorate records as Tenement No. 65530 and falls on part of Government property formerly p/o Tenement No. 51328 and is shown edged in red on plan L.D. 128_80_35. (30) A block, known as Block 13 consisting of sixteen flats and two garages, of which five flats are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through another legal notice, and including passages leading to the block and surrounding gardens in Triq il-Liedna, Santa Lucija. This block is bounded on the North-East by Trejqet il-Ward, on the South-West by Trejqet il-Liedna and on the South-East by Trejqet il-Gizimin. Flats numbered 2 and 3 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 64534 and 34535, flat numbered 6 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 64538, flats numbered 9 to 16 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 64541 to 64548 and the two garages are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 64531 and 64532. This block falls on Government property formerly registered as part of ex-services property Tenement No. 16147 and on property acquired by Deed No. 47/66 dated the 26th of February, 1966 in the records of Notary H. Borg and is shown edged in red and marked “Block 13” on plan P.D.2013_623.(HAA 272/2012).

(31) A block, known as Scheme 2, Block 2 consisting of sixteen flats and one garden site, of which three flats are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through another legal notice, in Telgħet Raħal Ġdid, Raħal Ġdid. This block is bounded on the North-West by Triq Windsor, on the South-West by Triq Sir Paul Boffa and on the South-East by Triq id-Dgħajjes. Flats numbered 3 to 5 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 64591 to 64593, flats numbered 7 to 16 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 64595 to 64604 and the garden site is registered with the Government as Tenement No.
