(8) A block, known as Block B consisting of six flats, including a passage leading to the block and front and back gardens, in Triq is-Sibi, Kalkara. This block is bounded on the North-West and South-West by a public open space and on the South-East by a public passage. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered as Tenements bearing numbers 72881 to 72886. (9) A block, known as Block C consisting of six flats, including a passage leading to the block and front and back gardens, in Triq is-Sibi, Kalkara. This block is bounded on the North-West and South-West by a public open space and on the South-East by a public passage. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered as Tenements bearing numbers 72887 to 72892. (10) Two blocks, known as Wilfred’s Flats Block 1 and Ray’s Flats Block 2 in Triq l-Isptar Navali, Kalkara and these blocks fall on Government property formerly part of ex-services property 16345 and are shown edged in red and marked “Wilfred’s Flats Block 1” and “Ray’s Flats Block 2” on plan P.D. 2013_692 as follows:

(a) Wilfred’s Flats Block 1 consists of eight flats, including a passage leading to the block and front and back gardens and is bounded on the North-West and South-West by Triq il-Marina and on the North-East by Triq l-Isptar Navali. Flats numbered 1 to 8 are registered as Tenements bearing numbers 75123 to 75130 (HAA 244/2012); and

(b) Ray’s Flats Block 2 consists of six flats and one site, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, including a passage leading to the block and front and back gardens. This block is bounded on the North-West and on the North-East by a public passage and on the South-West by Triq l-Isptar Navali. Flats numbered 2 to 6 are registered as Tenements bearing numbers 75132 to 75136 and the site is registered as Tenement No. 96344. (HAA 245/ 2012).

(11) A block, known as Block 2, Entrances D, E and F in Triq il-Villa tal-Ammiral, Triq l-Għassiela and Triq is-Salvatur, Kalkara and is bounded on the North-West by Triq l-Għassiela, on the South-West by Triq il-Villa tal-Ammirall and on the North-East by Triq tas-Salvatur. This block falls on Government property formerly part of ex-services property 16533 and is shown edged in red and marked “Block 2” on plan P.D. 2013_676 as follows:

(a) Entrance D consists of four flats and a site, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, including surrounding gardens. Flat numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 76640, flats numbered 3 and 4 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76642 and 76643;

(b) Entrance E consists of eight flats and a site, of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, including surrounding gardens. Flats numbered 1 to 3 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76644 to 76646, flat numbered 5 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 76648 and flats numbered 7 and 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76650 and 76651; and

(c) Entrance F consists of four flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice. Flat numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 76652 and flats numbered 3 and 4 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76654 and 76655. (12) A block, known as Block F consisting of nine flats, of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, including a passage leading to the block in Triq il-Jum, Marsa. This block is bounded on the North-West, South-West and the South-East by public open spaces. Flat numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 71032, flats numbered 3 and 4 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71034 and 71035 and flats numbered 6 to 9 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71037 to 71040. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 51/82 in the records of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block F” on plan P.D. 2013_631. (13) A block, known as Block G consisting of six flats, of which three are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, including a front garden in Triq il-Jum, Marsa. This block is bounded on the South-East by Triq il-Jum, on the North-East by a public passage and on the South-West in part by a public passage and in part by Government property. Flat numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 71023, flats numbered 3 to 5 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71025 to 71027, flat numbered 7 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 71029 and flat numbered 9 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 71031. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 51/82 dated the 17th of February, 1982 and by Deed No. 48/80 dated the 26th of March, 1980 both in the acts of Notary A. This block is bounded on the South-East by Triq Xemxija, on the North-East by Government property and on the South-West by Triq San Franġisk. Flats numbered 2 and 3 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71307 and 71309, the shop is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 72153 and the garage is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 72154. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 119/79 dated the 6th of June 1979 in the acts of Notary A. (15) A block, known as Block W consisting of six flats and including surrounding gardens and passages leading to the block in Triq il-Jum, Marsa. This block is bounded on the North-West in part by a public passage and in part by a public open space, on the South-West by Triq il-Jum and on the South-East by Government property. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements 74007 to 74012. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 41/80 dated the 19th of March, 1980 in the acts of Notary A. (16) Two blocks, know as Block R and Block U in Triq Azzopardi, Marsa, bounded on the North-West by Triq Azzopardi, on the South-East and on the South West by property owned by the Government or its successors in title and are shown edged in red and marked “Block R” and “Block U” on plan P.D. 2013_618, as follows:

(a) Block R consists of six flats, of which three are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice and including a passage leading to the block. Flats numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71528 and 71529 and flat numbered 5 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 71532. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 192/84 dated the 7th of March, 1984 in the acts of Notary F. Portelli and by Deed No. 119/79 dated the 6th of June, 1979 in the acts of Notary A. Grech; and

(b) Block U consists of six flats, of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice and including a passage leading to the block. Flats numbered 1 to 3 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71326 to 71328 and flat numbered 6 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 71331.
