(5) A house, known as House 88, registered with the Government as Tenement No. 69616 in Triq Guze Ellul Mercer, Dingli and is bounded on the North-East by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title, on the North-West by Triq Guze Ellul Mercer and on the South-West by Government property. This house falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 131/74 dated 29th March 1974 in the acts of Notary A. Grech and is shown edged in red on plan HA 284/2015. (HAA 35/2015).

This block is bounded on the North by Triq Mahatma Gandhi, on the West by Triq is-Summiena and on the East by a public road. Flats numbered 2 to 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 73547 to 73551. This block falls on Government property acquired by schedule of deposit dated 18th April 2001 and the whole block is edged in red and marked Block C6 on plan P.D. 151_83_9. (HAA 13/2014).

(7) A block, known as Block 6, consisting of eight flats of which four are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, and excluding the underlying property, in Triq il-Fosos, Furjana. This block is bounded on the North-East by an open space, on the South-West by a public passage and on the South-East by Government property. Flats numbered 1, 3, 5 and 7 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 67968, 67970, 67972 and 67974 respectively. This block falls on Government property formerly part of ex-Services Tenement No. 16333 and the whole block is shown edged in red on plan 2013_188_A. (HAA 75/ 2011).
