(28) A block, known as Block 1 consisting of thirteen flats and one maisonette, of which three flats are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq San Duminku, Valletta. This block is bounded on the South-West by a public open space, on the North-East by Triq San Duminku and on the North-West by Government property. Maisonette numbered 1A and 1B is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 62665, flats numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62666 and 62667, flat numbered 4 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 62669, flats numbered 6 to 10 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62671 to 62675 and flats numbered 12 and 13 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers X51791 and X51792. (29) A block, known as Block 3 consisting of of thirteen flats and one maisonette, of which five flats are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq San Duminku, Valletta. This block is bounded on the South-West by a public open space, on the North-East by Triq San Duminku and on the South-East by Government property. Flat numbered 3B is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 62679, flat numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 62681, flats numbered 4 to 7 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62684 to 62687, flat numbered 10 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 62690 and flats numbered 12 and 13 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers X51789 and X51790. This block falls on Government property which has been leased for over 30 years and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block No. 3” on plan P.D. 2015_0680. (HAA 92/ 2015).

(30) A block, known as Block 177 consisting of of twelve flats, of which four are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq San Kristofru, Valletta. This block is bounded on the North-East by a public open space, on the South-West by Triq San Kristofru and on the North-West by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title. Flats numbered 2 to 5 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62974 to 62977, flats numbered 7 and 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62979 and 62980 respectively, and flats numbered 12 and 13 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers X51799 and X51800 respectively. This block falls on Government property which has been leased for over 30 years and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block No. 177” on plan P.D. 2015_0663. (HAA 71/2004).

(31) A block, known as Block A4 consisting of six flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq Gianni Bonniċi, Żebbuġ. This block is bounded on the North-West by Triq Gianni Bonniċi and on the South-West and on the South-East by a public passage. Flats numbered 2 to 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72320 to 72324. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 67/79 dated 28th March 1978 in the acts of Notary A. Grech and is shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK A4” on plan P.D. 85_81_19. (32) A block, known as Block E consisting of six flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq Wied Babu, Żurrieq. This block is bounded on the South-West by Triq Wied Babu and on the North-East and on the North-West by a public road. Flats numbered 2 to 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70366 to 70370. This block falls on Government property formerly part of Tenement No. 50813 and is shown edged in red and marked “Block E” on plan P.D. 67_93_9. (HAA 44/ 2015).

(33) Four Council Flats, known as Council Flats 2, 4, 9 and 19 in Triq it-Tabib Anton Tabone, taċ-Ċawla, Rabat, Gozo and are bounded on the North-East by Triq it-Tabib Anton Tabone and on the North-West and on the South-East by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title. Council Flats numbered 2, 4, 9 and 19 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers Z30267, Z60269, Z60274, Z60284 and they fall on Government property formerly part of Tenement No. Z50286 and are shown edged in red on plans HA028/2015 and HA 1023/2014. (HAA 2/2015).

(34) Six houses, known as Houses 9 to 11, 13 and 14, and 17 in Triq it-Tabib Anton Tabone, taċ-Ċawla, Rabat, Gozo and they fall on Government property formerly part of Tenement No. Z80039 and are shown edged in red on plan HA 1024/2014, as follows:

(a) Houses 9 to 11 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers Z60359 to Z60361 and are bounded on the North-West and on the South-East by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title and on the North-East by Triq it-Tabib Anton Tabone;

(b) Houses 13 and 14 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers Z60363 and Z60364 respectively and are bounded on the North-West by Triq is-Sebgħa ta’ Ġunju 1919 and on the South-West and on the North-East by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title; and

(c) House 17 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. Z60367 and is bounded on the North-West by Triq is-Sebgħa ta’ Ġunju 1919 and on the South-West and on the North-East by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title. (HAA 2/2015).
