This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 41/80 dated 19th March 1980 in the acts of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is edged in red and marked “Block L” on plan P.D. 2013_639_1. (HAA 13/2013).

(3) Two blocks, known as Block A and Block B, Civic Centre, consisting of twelve flats of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq l-Arkata, Raħal Ġdid. This block is bounded on the North-West by Triq il-Kampanella, on the North-East by Triq l-Istefanotis and on the South-East by Misraħ Ċentawrja. This block is bounded on the West by Vjal in-Naspli, on the East by Triq il-Buganvilla and on the North by Vjal ir-Rihan. Flats numbered 1 to 8 Entrance A are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 68669 to 68676, flats numbered 9, 11 and 13 Entrance B are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 68677, 68679 and 68681 respectively and flats numbered 18 to 24 Entrance C are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 68686 to 68692.
