(17) A block, known as Block F, Entrance F consisting of eight flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Binja 21 ta’ Settembru 1964, Triq taż-Żwejt, San Ġwann. This block is bounded on the North-West by Triq il-Qalbiena, on the South-West by Triq taż-Żwejt and on the South-East by Triq Dun Frans Camilleri. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76728 to 76733 and flat numbered 8 is registered as Tenement bearing number 76735.
