This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed 30/61 dated 21st January 1961 in the acts of Notary H. Borg and by Deed dated 13th October 1978 in the acts of Notary A. E. Borg Barthet and is shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK IV” on plan P.D. 2011_748_1. (HAA 197/2011).

This block is bounded on the South-East by Triq San Gużepp, on the North-East by Triq it-Tramuntana and on the North-West in part by Triq l-Għajn and in part by Triq San Bastjan. This block falls on land which is in the course of acquisition by the Government and is shown edged in red and marked “Block ‘D’ ” on plan P.D. 2013_729_A. (HAA 25/ 2013).
