S.L. 276.6 Art. 12Amends article 22 of the relevant Act.

For purposes of this Order, for subarticle (2) of article 22 of the relevant Act there shall be substituted the following:

"(2) A document shall be deemed to be duly authenticated for the purpose of this article if it is certified by a competent authority of the Republic of Tunisia as being the original document or an authentic copy of the original, and bears the seal of the Ministry of Justice and/or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tunisia.".
