S.L. 318.10 Art. 3Amount and duration of emergency assistance in cash.

The maximum amount of assistance in cash to which a female may be entitled under the provisions of this Order shall in no case exceed twenty-three euros and twenty-nine cents (23.29) in any period of seven consecutive days nor shall it be paid for more than ten consecutive weeks or exceed two hundred and thirty-two euros and ninety-four cents (232.94) in the aggregate during any calendar year without the approval of the Social Assistance Board established in terms of articles 129 and 130 of the Act.
