In terms of the provisions of article 131(4)(ii) of the Social

Security Act, any rates payable to the Welfare Committee in accordance with the State-Owned Institutions and Hostels Rates

Regulations, in respect of Government financed beds in non state-owned homes for the aged and institutions as specified in the Specified State-Owned Institutions and Hostels Regulations, shall be transferred to the Director responsible for the Elderly and Community Services Department.
