S.L. 318.20 Art. 8Unfair dismissal.

An employee who is dismissed shall be regarded to have been unfairly dismissed if the reason, or if more than one, the principal reason, of the dismissal of that employee was a response on the part of the employer to a complaint made at undertaking level, or to the institution of legal proceedings aimed at enforcing compliance with the principle of equal treatment.
