S.L. 325.6 Art. 16Approval in writing.

On granting its approval for any purpose under these regulations, the Corporation shall confirm its approval in writing setting out the conditions to be satisfied by a company or enterprise, as the case may be, and the company’s or enterprise’s entitlement to the benefits provided by these regulations shall be conditional on the production of such written approval by the company or enterprise.
