S.L. 325.6 Art. 40Limitation of applicability of certain incentives.

The incentives provided by articles 6 and 7 of the Act and by regulations 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 28 shall only be available to enterprises whose trade or business consists of farming, fishing and aquaculture, or ship repair or the production of steel, motor vehicles, ships or synthetic fibres, if the assistance is regarded by the State Aid Monitoring Board as being compatible aid in accordance with the provisions of the State Aid Monitoring Regulations.
