S.L. 327.224 Art. 3

Unless otherwise provided by the instrument establishing any such body the quorum at the meeting of any such body shall be one third of the members plus one.

Any body referred to in this statute may invite any person to be present and give advice or information at such meetings but such person shall not have a vote therein.
