S.L. 327.262 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Degree of Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Theology - B.A. (Hons)

Theology - under the auspices of the Faculty of Theology.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires – “the Board” means the Board of the Faculty for Theology;

“the Course” means the programme of studies leading to the degree of Bachelor ofArts (Honours) in Theology - B. A. (Hons) Theology; “the Degree” means the degree of Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Theology - B.A. (Hons) Theology; “the Diploma” means the Diploma in Religious Studies; and

“the Principal Regulations” means the General Regulations for UniversityUndergraduate Awards, 2019.
