S.L. 327.274 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Degree of Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Youth and Community Studies - B.A. (Hons) YCS - under the auspices of the Faculty for

Social Wellbeing.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -

"the Board" means the Board of the Faculty for Social Wellbeing;

"the course" means the course programme leading to the degree of Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Youth and Community Studies -B.A. (Hons) YCS; "the Degree" means the degree of Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Youth and Community Studies - B.A. (Hons) YCS; "the Diploma" means the Diploma in Youth and Community Studies - Dip. YCS; and S.L. 327.236

"the Principal Regulations” means the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards.
