S.L. 327.277 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Diploma in Diplomatic Studies under the auspices of the Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies.

(2) In these bye- laws, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Board" means the Board of the Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies; "the course" means the programme of studies leading to the Diploma in Diplomatic Studies; and "the Diploma" means the Diploma in Diplomatic Studies.
