S.L. 327.283 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws of 2009 for the Degree of Master in Environmental Management and Planning under the auspices of the Institute of Earth Systems.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -

"the Board" means the Board of the Institute of Earth Systems; "the course" means the programme of study leading to the degree of Master in Environmental Management and Planning; "the Degree" means the degree of Master in Environmental Management and Planning; "the Postgraduate Diploma" means the Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Management and Planning; and "the Principal Regulations" means the General Regulations for
