S.L. 327.288 Art. 8Certificate.

Students who successfully complete the study-units covered in the first year of the course (to which 32 ECTS credits are assigned), but who (a) do not obtain an average mark of 60% or better; or (b) opt not to continue the course; or (c) have proceeded to the second year of the course but do not successfully complete it, shall be entitled to the award of the Certificate.
