S.L. 327.292 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the Diploma in Arabic under the auspices of the Faculty of Arts.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -"the course" means the programme of studies leading to the Diploma in Arabic; and "the Diploma" means the Diploma in Arabic.
