S.L. 327.320 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Higher Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management under the auspices of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Board" means the Board of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy; "the Board of Studies" means the Board of Studies appointed by Senate for the course, on the recommendation of the Board of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy;

"the Certificate" means the Certificate in Marketing and Sales Management;

"the course" means the programme of study leading to the Higher Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management;

"the Diploma" means the Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management; and

"the Higher Diploma" means the Higher Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management.
