S.L. 327.328 Art. 22Suspension of studies.

(1) The Board may allow students, for a good and sufficient reason, to suspend their studies for a maximum period of twelve months, irrespective of whether they are registered on a full-time or a part-time basis. In such cases, the period of suspension of studies shall not be taken into consideration for calculating the period of registration in the Postgraduate Course in terms of the duration requirement.

(2) A student who is on suspension of studies shall not follow any study-unit, sit for any assessment, or work on the dissertation.
