The classification of Postgraduate Awards shall be determined by the Award Classification Board on the basis of a

Final Weighted Average Mark obtained by taking into account the individual marks obtained in each study-unit as well as the credit value of the study-units, provided that bye-laws may allow for the credits assigned to the dissertation to be weighted by a factor of not more than 1.5.
