S.L. 327.338 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics under the auspices of the Institute of Health Care.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -

"the Board" means the Board of the Institute of Health Care; "the course" means the programme of study leading to the Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics; "the Postgraduate Diploma" means the Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics; and "the Principal Regulations" means the General Regulations for University Postgraduate Awards.
