S.L. 327.388 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Higher Diploma in Public Accounting and Finance under the auspices of the Institute of Public Administration and Management and the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Board of Studies" means the Board of Studies appointed by Senate for the course, on the recommendations of the Boards of the Institute of Public Administration and Management and of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy; "the Certificate" means the Certificate in Public Accounting and Finance; "the course" means the programme of study leading to the Higher Diploma in Public Accounting and Finance; "the Diploma" means the Diploma in Public Accounting and Finance; and "the Higher Diploma" means the Higher Diploma in Public Accounting and Finance.
